      Everyone loves free stuff, right? That’s why we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.  Now that’s something to party about!

      Please note: Delivery dates and times are NOT guaranteed by the United States Postal Service.

      Standard Shipping via USPS - FREE

      Ships within 2 business days Monday-Friday.  Orders take 3-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your package tracking number.


       Express Shipping ($11.99) via FedEx 2-Day
      *Must be a Physical Street Address-no P.O. Boxes or APO's can be shipped via FedEx.

      Ships within 2 business days Monday-Friday.  Orders take 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your package tracking number. Free FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include sales tax or shipping charges.  *Orders placed on Fridays after 2 pm EST will not be shipped until Monday.

      FedEx Two Day Shipping orders shipped on a Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday.

      Cancellations
      In order to guarantee processing and shipping times, our party people start working on your order as soon as you click submit. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests - especially for personalized orders, since it’s custom and made just for you.
       
      Refund Policy - 30 DAYS
      We get it, we all make mistakes - but sadly, we can’t accept returns on any personalized items unless the mistake is ours. We’ll print your order exactly as you submit it, so please make sure that you double-check all spelling, grammar, punctuation, and color on any personalized items before you submit your order to us. Pretty please.

      For non-personalized orders, we accept returns for any un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of order delivery. Partially used or damaged products will NOT be refunded.

      Returns & Exchanges

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Submit a return request
      1. Log in to your account.
      2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
      3. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
      4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
      5. Choose the order that you want to submit the return for.
      6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
      7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
      8. Click Request return.

      If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      Exchanges
      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
