We know you’re ready to party, so we ship your order within 2 business days Monday-Friday from our Newnan, Georgia facility. The only exception is for US Holidays that the United States Postal Service or FedEx is closed, in which case your order will be shipped the next day.

Ships within 2 business days Monday-Friday. Orders can take up to 10 business days for arrival once shipped, but typically only takes 4-6 business days. You’ll receive an email with your package tracking number after your order has been shipped. Free shipping does not include sales tax or shipping charges.

Cancellations
In order to guarantee processing and shipping times, our party people start working on your order as soon as you click submit. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests - especially for personalized orders, since it’s custom and made just for you.
Refund Policy
We get it, we all make mistakes - but sadly, we can’t accept returns on any personalized items unless the mistake is ours. We’ll print your order exactly as you submit it, so please make sure that you double check all spelling, grammar, punctuation, and color on any personalized items before you submit your order to us. Pretty please.
For non-personalized orders, we accept returns for any un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of order delivery. Partially used or damaged products will NOT be refunded.
