Will you provide Tracking Information for my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Where will my order ship from?
Your order will ship from our facility in Newnan, Georgia located just 30 minutes south of Atlanta.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you have registered an account with us, all you have to do is log in and click on My Orders to view your order status. We can also help you check your order status by phone or email.

Do you ship outside of The United States?
No. At this time we only offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states.

My tracking link says "Delivered," but I never received my order. What do I do?
Oh no! Items can get lost in the mail on occasion - but don’t worry, we have you covered. Please send us an email at support@distinctivs.com or call us at 770-683-9578 so we can help you right away.

Can I return an item?
We will accept your return within 30 days of purchase. However, we do not accept returns on any personalized items.

Please make sure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation and color choice on any personalized items before you submit your order to us, as we will print your order exactly as submitted to us.

If a return is being made because we made a mistake, please contact us right away either by emailing us at hello@distinctivs.com or calling us at 770-683-9578.

For non-personalized items to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please properly pack your item(s), then ship them to us - just make sure to include your original packing slip or your name and order number on a piece of paper. Your order will be refunded minus original shipping fees.

We will notify you by email once we have received your item(s) and processed/completed your refund. Postage for your return shipping is your responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that are shipped to us and get lost in the mail.

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?
In order to guarantee processing and shipping times, all orders will be started almost immediately after an order has been placed. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests.
