When Will My Order Ship?

We ship all orders within one business day Monday - Friday. For example, if you order on a Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.  Any orders received on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.  The only exception is for US Holidays that the United States Postal Service is closed in which case your order will be shipped the next business day.

 

Do You Provide Tracking Information For My Order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

Where Will My Order Ship From?

Your order will ship from our production facility in Newnan, Georgia.  Just south of Atlanta.

 

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

If you have registered an account with us, all you have to do is log in and click on My Orders to view your order status. We can also help you check your order status by phone or email. 

 

Do You Ship Outside of The United States?

Yes! We ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. 

 

My Package Says It Was Delivered But I Never Received It, What Do I Do?

Oh no! Items can get lost in the mail on occasion - but don’t worry we have you covered.  Please send us an email at support@distinctivs.com so we can help.

 

Can You Customize A Product With A Name, Different Color, or Special Message?

At this time we are not offering personalized orders. We strive to create the highest quality designs and want our customers to see exactly their order before purchasing.

Can I Return An Item(s)?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  We will always do what is best for our customers.

 

If a return is being made because we made a mistake, please contact us right away.  We’ll do whatever it takes to make it right for you - we promise.

 

 

If you are returning an item because you had a change of heart, we will accept your products within 30 days of purchase. Please properly pack your item(s) back up, then ship them to us including your name and order number on a piece of paper inside.  We will notify you by email once we have received your item(s), processed and completed your refund.  Postage for your return shipping is your responsibility.
