Ships within 2 business days Monday-Friday.  Orders take 2 business days to arrive once shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your package tracking number. Free FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include sales tax or shipping charges.  *Orders placed on Fridays after 2 pm EST will not be shipped until Monday.

FedEx Two Day Shipping orders shipped on a Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday.

Cancellations
In order to guarantee processing and shipping times, our party people start working on your order as soon as you click submit. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests - especially for personalized orders, since it’s custom and made just for you.
 
Refund Policy - 90 DAYS
We get it, we all make mistakes - but sadly, we can’t accept returns on any personalized items unless the mistake is ours. We’ll print your order exactly as you submit it, so please make sure that you double-check all spelling, grammar, punctuation, and color on any personalized items before you submit your order to us. Pretty please.

For non-personalized orders, we accept returns for any un-opened items in their original packaging within 90 days of order delivery. Partially used or damaged products will NOT be refunded.
